Coach Bree is a New Mexico native and a former Rio Rancho High School basketball player. In high school, she was awarded the Gatorade player of the year two times, All- State, All-District, All-Metro, HM All American and a 5 year starter for the Ram beginning in the 8th grade. Coach Bree received a full ride scholarship to play At Cal Berkeley and finished her college career at SF State University with a degree in International Business. After serving as a graduate assistant coach at SFSU, she went on to Dominican University as the Women’s basketball first assistant.
Coach Bree and Coach LaReylle began training young people in San Diego, Ca. as he trained for the NFL combine. They trained and housed young athletes from California and NM in what was the inaugural Attack the Summer camp in 2010. After two years, Coach Bree returned home to invest in NM youth and bring the D1 culture to her hometown. She has been invested in inspiring young student athletes to become the best they are capable of becoming ever since. Not only is a part of our SAHQ Family, she is also a part of the Sandia High School family as the boys basketball Varsity Assistant coach.
Coach Bree says: “Being passionate about life and inspiring our youth to push beyond what they think they’re capable is what drives me. The SAHQ FAMILY is a real - we are invested in each other, sharing a vision and a purpose. Our hope is that our student athletes stand out, dare to be different and strive to be great - not so they can be the best, but so they can give their best. I am blessed everyday by the children who walk through the doors at SAHQ.”
LaReylle born and raised in the Bay area moved to New Mexico to start SAHQ 5 years ago. Coach “Rell” played football at Cal Berkeley as a wide receiver and graduated with a degree in Sociology. LaReylle brings his high-level experience and intense work ethic to our program daily. Most days he comes from patrolling as a State Police officer straight to coaching at SAHQ.
Coach Bree and Coach LaReylle began training young people in San Diego, Ca. as he trained for the NFL combine. Coach LaReylle has developed a military training program as well as running our SAHQ classes and Attack Camp series, his desire to get our athletes to be mentally tough as well as physically is part of what makes him unique.
Coach LaReylle Says: “There is no place like SAHQ, I wish I had a place like this all the years I trained and competed at a high level. To create an environment that pushes kids of all ages and all backgrounds is special to me. You will not get the love and the passion for what we do unless you are bought in 100 % and I am blessed to be able to do this everyday”
Coach Charlotte is a New Mexico Native and has been coaching youth basketball here for 30 years. Her knowledge of the game and her focus on character and fundamentals are a few of the things that make her so special to us. She is the mother of 7 children and a sibling to 9 - family is everything to her! Her passion and commitment to developing our SAHQ family is the foundational to our success.
Charlotte is a St. Pius graduate and has developed basketball programs for all levels of athletes in N.M. Coach Bree and Coach Lindsey both played for her when she founded the Attack program, travelling to compete all over the country.
Coach Charlotte says: “There is no greater gift in life than to walk alongside a young person as they strive to achieve their dreams. We find dreamers and feed them”
Lindsey Kerwin is born and raised in New Mexico, played basketball at Albuquerque High School and graduated from University of New Mexico with a degree in Arts and Sciences. Lindsey has been apart of our SAHQ Family since the doors opened coaching our girl’s basketball teams and sahq classes. Coach Lindsey has dedicated her life to help our youth and our community both in the classroom as an amazing math teacher and on the court as a basketball coach. Lindsey is also the girl’s varsity assistant coach for Sandia High School.
Coach Lindsey Says: “As a coach and educator I am very passionate about the differences I am able to make for the youth I interact with. The SAHQ program creates an environment where youth are able to thrive. Our athletes do much more than improve as athletes, they grow as people of character! I am blessed to be apart of the SAHQ Family.”
Christen has worked in the health and fitness industry for 11 years. She is passionate about helping people reach their personal healthy and fitness goals through exercise and nutrition. She has been a Herbalife wellness coach for 5 years helping people reach their personal weight goals and helping build a healthy lifestyle.
Christen is mother of 2 beautiful children who are also apart of our SAHQ Family. Her and her husband Santos have helped us run the RIPT adult challenge since the very beginning. Helping bring energy and passion to every challenge, their dedication to better each SAHQ member they come across is what makes them both so special.
Coach Christen Says: “My favorite part of being a SAHQ Coach is watching people break boundaries, reach goals and do things they never thought they could. It’s gratifying to know that people are investing in their health and investing in their fitness so that they have more energy and more life to give to their families and the people around them”
Cari Cordova is originally from Colorado but has lived in the Land of Enchantment her entire adult life. Her husband and her have 3 beautiful kids that help keep them both inspired and motivated to be better than they were yesterday.
Cari has a love for health and fitness and has implemented it into her life as a mother, coach and business owner. Cari not only coaches our adult RIPT classes but she operates a local, healthy meal prep company called FIT Food, LLC. Being able to help people change their lifestyle and reach their goals has always been rewarding for Cari and her family.
Cari has been apart of our SAHQ Family for 3 ½ years and brings energy, love and passion to all of her classes at SAHQ.
Desiree Flores was born and raised in New Mexico graduating from Rio Grande High School, she is currently working on her Associates in Surgical Technology at CNM. Des is a prime example of hard work and dedication, starting at SAHQ 3 years ago she went from 225lbs to 165 lbs. and is an amazing motivator to people around her.
Des is an example to her 2 youngest siblings who are both high school athletes, her family is her motivation and they are all apart of our SAHQ Family. We are blessed to have her apart of our RIPT coaching staff.
Coach Des says: “SAHQ family is real, it is something I am honored to be apart of each and every day. Being able to help motivate people in different walks of life is something that makes me happy, I love my SAHQ Family”
Erin Vega is an infamous artist known for her electric presence and generous demeanor. As a certified Hatha yoga Instructor she brings that same heart and vitality to her yoga classes.
Erin’s intent is to paint love into the lives of her students using the ancient techniques she's learned since beginning her teaching career in 2013. Her passion for bringing courage and nourishment to the community is testified by how nurtured her students feel when she teaches.
Erin’s classes are truly a safe place to learn her specialized techniques of blending the art of yoga and breath we are blessed to have her apart of our SAHQ family!
