D1 Class is for High School and College Athlete’s or for specific athlete’s we see need to move up to a higher level of training. Speed, agility, footwork is all-apart of every class. Weight training and sports specific movements are added to the level of the athlete in the D1 class.
All SAHQ Classes focus on building foot speed, agility, power, quickness and endurance utilizing a variety of training tools. Sleds, tires, bands, ladders, weights, balls and the athlete’s own body weight. This collegiate style approach guaranties a dynamic workout that engages the entire body and builds strength in motion.
