RIPT ADULT CHALLENGE
Are you an adult looking to get in shape, stay in shape or simply just work out with a great group of people? Whether you need to build muscle, lose weight get back to feeling healthy again the RIPT challenge is perfect for you!
Our challenges are set up in 6-week intervals, with 1 week in between. The transition week is free, we just ask that you bring in a donation of supplies to support the non profit facilities. Each challenge is geared to help you reach your own personal goals - your success matters!
Classes are high-energy group training in a family friendly environment. We encourage you to set personal goals and we help you achieve them during each challenge as a team. We combine circuit training, weight training, TRX, Vertimax and a little bit of fun and games to get the most out of each class. Utility strength that builds your muscles as you move is relied on much more than the old fashioned static lifts most of us grew up with. We have nutritional guidance available throughout the entire challenge.
We consider ourselves a family and accountability is the key to success in our adult classes. You will be apart of a group that supports and encourages you throughout each week inside and outside the gym.
We have added early a.m. and lunch hour classes to provide some flexibility in your workout routine. You can get the most out of each challenge no matter what your schedule is like. Yoga is now an integrated class in each challenge with two classes offered on Fridays to help with recovery, strength and mobility.
Child Care is provided at all Monday-Thursday Night classes at no extra charge.
ZOOM Class is available for little ones during our Noon RIPT workouts for an additional fee. Classes are for children ages 3-6.
