SAHQ (pronounced “sack”) is your community gym for performance training and life-changing fitness coaching.
Our sports programs focus on building strength, power, speed, and endurance specific to each sport and athlete, while also working on mobility and flexibility to decrease injury potential. We believe being prepared physically and mentally is essential to gaining a competitive edge and enjoying a successful athletic career.
